When I leave the flowering room my shirt and my hands and arms have come in contact with the flowers. When I go into my car it starts smelling in the car. That is risky. I dont want any smell on my clothing or my body. What to do? Change clothing, wash arms, or is there some sort of spray?
get a bottle of febreeze (unscented) and spray yourself down after leaving your grow area
You can get cheap painters coveralls at any hardware or paint store, Amazon, etc and wear those over your regular cloths. Also grab a box of nitrile gloves.
You can find both cheaper if you look around and buy in quantity. Yu may also need something for the feet.
Fabreeze isnt going to fool a drug dog and maybe not a sharp trooper.
ok. how to get into trouble with a drug dog? are they allowed to search people with a dog?
I have no real clue other than what I have gathered from watching TV and the rumor mill and spending waaaaay to much time hanging out on the interweb thingy.
Its my understanding that if a drug dog keys in on you, its considered probable cause for a search or at least enough to hold you till they can get a warrant - maybe

If a dog indicates on you be prepared for a full out search until they find something or tear your car up. Or both.

but are dogs indicating on people? anybody knows how the dogs work? maybe they are just trained on objects.
Ex cop here. In order to search, they need probable cause. The smell only gives reasonable suspicion but not enough for pc. They need a warrant to search an inhabited dwelling and your vehicle is considered such. The warrant comes from calling the judge. Judges don’t like being called and woken up in the middle of the night…however laws have changed since the time I’ve worked law enforcement. Apparently, it seems now the k-9 is enough to obtain that pc. I don’t agree with this. It’s nothing for a trained k-9 to pick up any trace of weed in you’re vehicle. It’s also nothing for the cop to train the dog on command for a false pickup. Be careful out there but know your laws and statutes

The dog can pick up the scent from you or smelling the parameter of your vehicle. First goal would be to make sure you vacuum seal. Although this will not hinder the dogs ability to smell through, it would hinder the cops ability. Stop the cop from smelling it.

Lol I think you just need to stop touching your plants and problem solved. Only time I touch mine is to check for PM or defoliation until crop ofc so just learn not to brush up on your shit and you’ll have to do sweet fuck all.
Like do you have a breath mint after every joint? Do you spray yourself with cologne after every joint? Do you wash your hands after every joint? You smell regardless to somebody who doesn’t smoke or hasn’t smoked.

Ru that cramped for space where your brushing up against them all the time? If that’s the case do some rearranging or something Iv only notice lingering smells from good contact with the plants but an occasional brush up against them dissipates pretty fast IMO.
