is the HLG 300L enough for this? Cause I’m ordering the light Friday that I need for this tent, if it’s not enough I would like to either build a DIY light that’s “Perfect” for a 3x3 or just stick with HLG
Agreed on the Happy Frog, good shit! I transplanted into a 50/50 mix of HF and Ocean Forest for my last run and was really happy with the results, but I’ve used straight HF throughout on other grows and did great. I didn’t even use any nutes with the mix either cause I was experimenting with doing the bare minimum and seeing what I got. Came out much better than I expected!
So I was watching this and remembered there are a few people here using these little led bulbs in grows, seems as though you can extend the life span of them.
Well not right right now but yea, where I live it’s average 14-20% humidity, so im trying to learn, plan, and establish what could help.
hard af to keep the whole house at 60 rh, so my question since the little girls will definitely dry fast, how can I slow drying lol I don’t want to hay the first nugs I grow but if it happens it happens they will be smoked regardless.
It depends on temperature too. Some people I know dry in their flower tents/room.
Ideally the colder the better: 60F
So… because I as well can not achieve the “right” drying conditions, tried using the freezer in my kitchen. Left the uncovered branches for about a week or two & it wasn’t bad but not great, so maybe some paper bags to slow it down would help. I did freeze some fresh material in plastic ziploc bags and that RUINED it, straight spinachy hash bud.
The freezer is better than higher temps & low humidity IME.
Different people tell you different things. I’ve always heard when you see 20-30% amber is the time to cut but then on my first grow the damn things didn’t want to amber up on me. The shit I get from the dispensary rarely has ambers too.
When I zoom on your pics I see a few in the first and more in the second. You’re also cloudier in the second I think. Just judging by what I can see in the photos, and trichs alone, it looks like you’re close.
