Just arrived. My first piece in over 6 years since losing a triple welded tree perc Toro. I could only get brick commercial then, so I said to myself not worth investing 700 again, and stuck to Zig Zag wraps since it covered up drier bud harsher taste and rushed drying/uncured/grower mistakes once the delivery services started. Getting back to growing my own and flushing allows a cleaner smoke, although the caveat w water pipe/bong smoking needs moist bud to be flavorful and bone dry air, I don’t have to tell you how quick that happens even in rubber gasket sealed containers. So dry I need to use wet paper towels in the tops of the jars that sit inside the refrigerator. I almost forgot how important moister bud is w bong/water pipe hits to be smooth and flavorful, otherwise too dry Is actually nasty of an aftertaste. Anyway I’m getting 14mm to 18mm adapter for the bowl. Strangely I can put it on top and pull to use for now w enough seal. Hits really nice smooth and hard, but as soon as I read the percs are welded, I didn’t think twice here for 100 bucks 
Thick glass for sure. It’s like finding a lesser version of a lost love.

man, i was sweating hard looking at that, what did it come out to like $90?? thats a steal, i was sitting here looking at my two pixies and my keiki thinking “whats one more??!?” 
i honestly think my next piece is going to have to be a spoon or a sherlock from Vassily Crettol, his shit is unreal. i did just commission a nice 12mm slide from David James though, waiting on him to get around to that, i think one of those kickass inside out patterns will really pop with my keiki

I waited 43 days for this to come, but the BEST part is without the ridiculous markup. IF anyone wants a piece that does smoke as a Toro. Go here. I almost wrote it off as lost but I’m glad it did come and it proves to function. Very well packed in styrofoam insert and bubble wrap. I’ll be leaving a positive review for this seller. I don’t know about any others, but what I lost reminds me of the drag it had, so smmmoootthh and has less resin aftertaste. LOL after PHX I had work to do to learn the latest and Toro was consistent 10 years ago as today

Nice piece, I’d question it’s authenticity, but if it smokes well, then it doesn’t really matter.

Well obviously for 43 bucks anyone would. I took the gamble and felt like not much lost if it’s flawed, but better than I expected. Yes, this piece smokes like any 300-500 one. It would be hard to tell the difference as far as smoking. Glass craft to a Toro enthusiast might find the imperfections, but to anyone else will be hard.

I’ve grown out of names, I know its nice to hold value if your a collector but glass is glass if you just want to smoke with it. IMHO. That being said I do love my JBD 
Looks like that thing rips smooth with all those bars, nice pickup

Funny you say that Legs… I hit up the guy that made my mini sherlock the other day to get a custom slide done to match. Quoted me 3 times the price of the sherlock

im seeing that more and more: super expensive, nicely worked slides. i think more folks are buying more budget minded pieces and just putting nice slides on em, makes sense if you think about it. bongs break more often than the slides do in my experience.
