Sounds like watered too fast…sometimes when the soil gets overly dry, the water will flow in paths not allowing the soil to soak it up before it flows out, its called channeling. If/when I see this, I like to soak the bottoms for 30min to 1 hr so the soil rehydrates
Okay. I’ll try even slower next time. Once it’s time to water again I’ll fix that.
I haven’t checked led up on them yet. Just woke up to check the forum while brain cells wake up.

She deserves this name after such a positive response from getting lassoed.
Need food before I can find the words to talk today
There’s a mild sprinkle of rain going on rn, so I put a jar outside to catch some before it ends. I’ll test the pH and if it’s good I’ll add it to the next watering. In general though I’ve noticed when the garlic was outside in October it loved the rain much more than tap water easily
Can someone point me in the right direction for a tent with carbon filters? I’m seeing 200 as my average cost for it all even if I can find a 2x2x4 tent for 50🙄
Please help?
I have to contain the smell ASAP. I’ll have some cash tomorrow, but I should get a plan together soon
Here is a decent 8" fan for $78.79
8" Carbon filter for 63.99
and a 4x4x6.5 tent for $79.99…$222.77
OR
6" carbon filter/fan combo for $118.99
3x3x6 tent for $71.99…$190.98
I don’t know how well the tents are made though those are the fans and carbon scrubbers I use
Thank you! The fan and filter combo with a tent and nothing else only pushing 100cfm was a little disheartening to find earlier.
On another note apparently my local rainwater is at 8 pH range. Much better since the last time I tested it
I dug around for the crystal candy seed. It wasn’t anywhere in the first 6" of soil. If it’s still in there it’s gone now. I’ll use the leftover soil to top off the fabric pots and I’ll use some tiny pots to start a new photo seed and pot up as needed.
Diana
She’s showing sex now. I just caught white hairs that weren’t there a couple hours ago.
Sorry for the bad quality. It was at 7 immediately as the lights turned off. Messed with the shot.
I took the opportunity to take night photos in the first 30 seconds of lights off.

I put the soil as high as I was comfortable. I don’t want it up to the leaves. Close should be fine. They were a little leggy anyways and I don’t want to stake them.
It’d be nice if you could train them as early as this stage, but I doubt it.
I so mixed up the 1 liter of water with 1.6g megacrop. I’m waiting for it to fully dissolve, but once it does if they need water I have it ready.
I’m selecting another photo seed I want to grow out. I’ll use a water method to start germinating it this time. I’ll be using a small pot and letting it grow into it.
Diana… like Wonder Woman? Love it! Autos usually take off around week 3 or 4
Yes exactly. Going old school wonder woman here though. This auto definitely seems to have really liked the lasso.
There can be only one WW. Old school all the way! I’ve been a WW geek since I was a child.
I’ve decided on my seed
@Scissor-Hanz I’m popping one of the Blueberry x Jesus OG seeds. Let’s hope I luck out and get all female lol. If not at least I have some autos to smoke while the rest grows all over again.
The new stuff is exciting and all, but I miss my OP superheroes. Screw continuity I want fun stories
I have to trim back the garlic. I’ll be needing to lower the lights and I’ll be getting a tent soon to fix the light situation. Once they have a tent to breathe in I’ll need to adjust the lights. At lights on I’ll investigate my options for hanging the HPS up again. It’ll look odd with them at all different heights, but it’ll keep the HPS from being too close and I can arrange the LEDs more efficient. Regardless I’m grabbing more rope hangars this weekend
I germinated a GSC bagseed by accident and instead of tossing it once it got dunked in water I opted to finish germinating it. The taproot just emerged and I took it out of the paper towel and put it 2cm deep in the soil. I lightly covered and now I wait for it to finish up.
GSC is in the square pot. I’ll put the blueberry cross in the small round one. When they want a new pot I’ll up pot as needed
Just keeping myself occupied. The seed sank when I tapped it last. Just a bit longer and I will put it in the soil.
How long do I let it sit in the water for?
The GSC took overnight in water and a day in a wet paper towel by the fridge to keep warm. I’ll keep this one in the water until I should put it in the soil.

Hygrometer
The humidity finally got high, so I turned the humidifier on low and now I have 24 hours from now until I refill the tank☺️
I should also add an update for this too😅
I lowered the lights and put the pot back on it’s saucer.
After I went in I saw the plants drank enough water to warrant a water again. I sprayed the soil with a mix of distilled water, aloe, rainwater, and a splash of the megacrop mix I made earlier until there weren’t any dry patches and watered slowly with 4oz water I mixed up earlier.
I saw the plants spring up a little after I sprayed the surface. Humidity dropped to around 50% now. Let’s see where it stabilizes in the morning.
The seed germinating looks like it’ll sprout soon. I see the bulge of the taproot on the surface now.
The water is s mix of rainwater, aloe vera, and distilled water. Seems very effective so far and the Zkittlez was germed in the mash I didn’t pulp inside the soil. It probably wound up turned around and that’s why it took a bit to pop. Strong growth rate. The Auto was buried too deep and it shows. I’m putting them no deeper than my index fingernail base now.
I should head to bed now. I have work in 7 hours. If I don’t post an update the pot didn’t have any runoff and I did it properly this time.
Well the Zkittlez cross has started stretching it’s first node already. I had watered the fabric pots as well. It seems the spray helps the soil bot misbehave while I’m watering. Otherwise I get a situation honestly identical to when you mix a powder drink mix onto the milk/water instead of in the cup first before pouring it in. All the water with dry bits on all sides repelling water. Everytime I see taht Happen I know I watered too fast if soil got displaced and formed a dirt bubble around a source of water

I’m tired, but Diana looks the same as yesterday to me. She’s probably focusing on budding sites now. I got used to seeing new progress each time I woke up even my tired eyes could see.
@ModicumGenes do you have name ideas for the photo? I’ve been trying to come up with a shorthand to keep it from being confusing.
