There is a product called “Decision” by New Millennium Nutrients that helps with stretch and shorten flower time. I heard the owner on the wake and bake America podcast say that when he feeds decision on his GMO it stops stretching significantly. I’ve grown GMO before and the stretch is unreal. I’ll see if gg4 can keep up with gmo. He also said that it shortened gmos flowering time to 9 weeks but I call BULL. I’ve never tried decision but I just want to throw that out there if you guys don’t like stretch.

Never mind I talked to the guy on Instagram and he said he meant that feeding mammoth p only increases bud sites. I’ll edit it out now. The other product look it up on YouTube on the wake and bake america podcast.
If by ‘ggstrains’ you mean josey then yes, it is his baby. Mycotek supposedly took gg to ibl, but he’s a complete cunt bag with questionable (at best) breeding/ business practices. Personally I’d rather drag my balls through a mile of glass to meet my maker than give him a shekel. But then again ‘ethos’ and fag green are considered ‘successful’ and sought after by fanbois too

Decision doesn’t work. Dude is just trying to sell his magic 8 part nutrient system. I was given a bottle to try at my previous job. We ran 2 tables side by side. All its good for is raising the EC and taking money out of your pocket.

Ethos sold S1 GG4’s on his own, after he was contracted to do a seed run for Dark Horse and Josey Wales. They paid him to make the seeds and give them back to distribute. He made a few thousand more than he told them he did, and undercut them on price. Just another thing that POS fucboi Colin has done.

I am sure I have mentioned before, but in the cut flower industry to reduce stretch they use temperature control to lower the temps by 10 degrees for an hour or so before lights on, and an hour or so after lights on. I don’t have aircon, but I’ve seen it applied to weed and can vouch for it working reasonably well for controlling plants that want to bolt when flipped.

I would tend to argue, in my simple 4 part inert soil mix, with 3 bottles of nutrients costing 45 dollars total, and never exceeding 800 PPM, we can exceed their grows using 800 dollars worth of magic potions! All bullshit.
N P K nothing else matters much. All the boosters, teas, this that, honey oil, fulvic acids, magic dust, are cover ups for poor growing and plants not given correct foods when they need them. The $$$$ for some of this shit is INSANE. GH has like 25 different “enhancers” all over the damn map! A newb would read their propaganda and think he needs 11 different products at 45 dollars each to have a good grow. Blows my mind.

I was going to post a vid but to anyone who wants to hear it from the horses mouth the vid is on YouTube “The 5 Steps To Growing Elite Cannabis In 2019.” He talks about decision stopping stretch around the 3 minute mark and at the 29 minute mark how he can harvest his gmo at week 8.5 with winter frost.
Maybe he’s hyping his products.

That’s what the guy from new millennium nutrients says. I’ve taken my gmo to 11 weeks. I run the HLG red spec boards and far red (730nm)for 5 min after lights out and I got my gmo to finish with a lot of Amber trichs at week 11.

You’re totally right…my first ‘real’ grow show had a lineup of, like, 15+ bottles of ‘required’ nutrients. I think we used Adanced Hydroponics line. Spent hundreds or dollars on fuck all. Guy at the store, wanting to make a sale, would say, “oh, if you have all those, this other bottle will compliment the rest of the line, you should yield nice after getting this”. Hours measuring, mixing, ph±, etc.
Years later, a $22 bag of maxibloom and a $13 bottle of silica…lol.
Young, uneducated and naive growers beware of huge lines making huge claims…KISS and LITFA are your best friends.

I dont know anything about it but I would guess the normal drama over seed drops , I have it no you dont, mine is better, only I have it bla bla bla. I wouldent sweat it only way to know is to grow it and find out for your self or wait to see others grow it first but if a strain turns out good it often sells out fast and sometimes dosent return for awile. Example I want starfighter slept on the alien gear now it’s hard to get. I want future but sold out probebly indefinetly.

I can definitely understand that, I just recently slept on some Mass Medical seeds that I’ve been regretting. I was just asking because as much hate as I’ve seen between breeders lately that just seemed to be a bit much hah Colin is just going to give away all of his gg4 now, or so he says. I bought the multipass thing so I’ll find out if they all herm I suppose.
