I wish I was there too. Looks great. I had pig face once like this and it was the best pork I ever had. And in Hawaii, yeah that would b about perfect :+1:

Turned out really nice. Just finished resting for an hour.
Leaving the fat cap on kept it from drying out.

Nice day yesterday so my buddy grilled…it was Ash Wednesday 1st. day of Lent, I dont eat meat on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays during Lent…I also give up boozing/smoking for Lent…
