Is that a drain? If so your one brave person. Methane gas . It does look good. @toastyjakes nice
Is that pork ? The jowls
It’s a storm drain, separate from sanitary drains here. Believe me, if it were I’d have bigger issues in my driveway every rainstorm than methane gas blowing me up haha.
I have seen it happen. Lol no one got hurt but it fked some stuff up.
Ooh love cooking over charcoals! I don’t have a fancy smoker but I have a weber kettle & try low and slow with a little tray of wood chips added sometimes, I’m still learning but the family & I sure do enjoy the results! Looks like some of you guys are pretty experienced so I can’t compete but I love learning new tricks to make it better. Great thread!
I have a smoker A blackstone flat grill. A Dutch oven and tripod. And more. I love cooking outside! I’m damned good at making venison stew in the Dutch oven Used to be part of a pre 1850 reenactment group. My favorite thing is smoking jalapeños freeze drying them then powdering them. Friend owns a cafe. I had given her a bunch for Christmas. Her husband used them in the chili cook off. And they won! Second year in a row. And she swears it was the smoky flavoring of my peppers. She even asked if I had more as they wanted to make more for the restaurant. I gave her a half gallon jar full.
