Refilled the reservoirs with a 1.35 ec 5.8 feed, apart from the pollen producers with a straight water fill.
Removed the two lesser plants, one split in a sense where its apex shoot kinda stopped then took off alternating in an uncharacteristic mutant like way, and the other even though quite healthy just wanted to be a short stout plant which is counter to potential yields.
And still waiting on pollen, gonna start attempting to collect some off the one plant, the other i may have to pluck pollen sacs to dry and crush later.
There pH went high though still had water when i got around to them this morning, likely the cold snap helped with that causing them to transpire less.
Did some clean up and reorg , also trimmed roots off the bottom of the pots and a few found the drain holes the following being the most extreme one which is pretty crazy.
Also took a closer look in the process and after the reorg at least three on the right side will be used with the back right being questionable and the left side cab im gonna wait a bit more on apart from the small one that im just letting dry out, im gonna up pot some in the next day and will just be hand watering till then.
yeah same stuff your using, well specifically picked up just the calkick and bloom parts the rest seems unnecessary at the moment for autos and those other parts would last me 100’s of runs per their schedule so just opted out for now to get a feel.
I’ve been having good luck so far the veg I’ll add some general hydro micro if they seem to need it other wise no complaints . Pretty stable once mixed which is nice.
I’ll get a bit of ph drop which drops the ppm after a couple days in the mix tub . I blame it on my water as it did it with general hydro but a lot quicker and bigger drops.
well for me its the opposite atm i start off a bit higher than needed and due to my adjuster on hand “citric acid” it wears off relatively quick, being a bit more acidic and adjusting upwards is actually easier and more stable then having to go down for me so will be interesting to see where mixed up levels come out at.
Will have to teach my brain to detect this thread , sad to see the other dying and buried by the rest, lots of good info and pics there, but guess new year means new changes.
Always interested on reading and learning, thank for sharing your knowledge with us …
Got the chosen few repotted yesterday, also accidentally let everything go dry before i repotted the, so rather rough for wear and back on the auto waterers and looking better compared to this morning or yesterday for that matter.
Gonna let them go for the week then hit them with pollen i sieved today.
Day 48 They got pollinated… when was it last friday or saturday can’t remember anyways seeing seed formation atm going to give them a spray down likely tonight or tomorrow morning just to see pistil degradation and if i need to pollinate some more.
and ill post these here as i dont have a new grow thread up yet though will come the weekend most likely, anyways some GRCD f2’s inbound, which i need to start another batch of seed of.
