Pain relief plants, whats your best and favorite? where from?

Anyone have some plants they use for pain treatment, whats your favorite and why? I feel like almost all weed is good for pain or soreness but some is just really really good. oldschool grapes like gdp always helped me a lot or stuff with color usually too. idk if anything is the best but certain stuff seem to help me more than other sometimes. also different people sometimes get different effects.

interested in what other people like and what they have

. i also do have a few plant i like that are good for pain but one of them is so sleepy i cant even stay awake to blaze more. but the effects are strong pain relief and instant sleep. its a weird one. i also crossed it im hoping there might be a better effects plant, less sleepy, with still the same pain relief. but idk what ill get.
Another plant I have, not as sleepy, a little more functional, has good pain relief like I was able to do some exercises and not fall asleep, but if i blaze too much, its still nap time. even if i dont want to go to sleep. I used to blaze stuff longer ago and be able to stay awake a lot better, but im limited to the plants i have now and dont have such variety or the same stuff anymore.

i have now crossed a few plants so far successfully, finally some good plants from them too.
Blue magoo Cookies (dynasty) x Apollo 11 male (b grimm)
Apple Cake mints (808genetics) x Apollo 11 male (b grimm)

Ive got a lot of plant from each and mostly only a few pheno are looking really good. Ill update with some pics but they are only week 6 or so anyways still some time left

I also have a really nice sativa plant I like called Queen of Soul from brothersgrimm genetics.Sometimes even blazing sativas i still find pain relief. Its hard to describe but theres a few plants in the realm of a diesely chemmy gas but its different in its own way, kinda cheesey in c99 type phenos maybe , but the queen of soul type phenos are very incensed with tropical haze and very sweet green, incense floral flowery pollen gas. really unique but hard to tell if the current plant im growing is like the plant i had before. so far it looks really good and i try to make F1 which look good as well so far. I use this male now to hit a few different plant I have too, but im not growing any of those yet.

ive always used herb for mostly pain relief and feeling better but nowdays i am also feeling a lot better and not in so much pain. i can really always tell if something helps me a lot or not. interested if theres other people who have favorite plants they like the most that have great pain relief a lot.

checked em out but im definitely trying to narrow a discussion down to certain plants and certain strains only, and just weed for treating pain

i do got a few good crosses that help with pain i could help some people with too possibly or could atleast help them find better strains to deal with it. a lot of stuff im seeing recommended never helped me

particularly GDP, BUBBA, AFGHANS, PURPS, COOKIES, and anything heavy on indica side always helped me the most, but im sure i could learn more from other ppl too. theres more i can come up with. some strains actually triggered pain sometimes and made me feel it more.

im also not really in pain so much anymore myself. im just really familiar with it and remember what works best. so im not so much looking for pain relief either. Just a fan of strains that can do it and sometimes i do still get really sore and it always helps

Between the two plants i have that ive been getting by with lately, one is literally so sleepy i cant even stay awake to blaze a hell of a lot of it to get all of the pain relief effects

So the other plant is much better because i can actaully stay awake and blaze more and function enough to do exercises or get stuff done but it still helps a lot and is really stoney

People get effected different by different strains too but ive found there is definitely common strains that help a lot of ppl too. Sometimes id be blazing stuff like GDP and Bubba and would feel like I had stretched for a half an hour all the sudden. now i smoke and run miles and im not even hurt anymore really.

there really is sativa style strains that relieve pain too. i did always find jack herer and sour diesel relaxing, trainwreck, romulan, all good and non pain triggering, but sometimes id smoke other stuff and id feel pain more. it seemed like the really good tasting strains always were really strong all the time too. Nowdays alotta stuff tastes really strong but doesnt have the same powerful healing effects. but i do like cookies too for that reason, its pretty damn good weed in its own rights. GDP was really the one for me. Bubba coming in 2nd surely back then.

sure, by all means. but in order to narrow the question it helps to have sifted through a lot of information first. now you have a great starting point and have found some additional information to add to your quest. i think you’ll find what you’re looking for. good luck with it.

definitely those are better threads but maybe still good to start one . i did make a reply in one of those too. someone mention apple fritter , and i am not familiar with that exact plant or strain much , but i do have a cool apple fritter cake mints plant that is actually pretty good and it does help . thx 4 the reply bc i am still new and learning where to post and all that.

it’s all good and i’m not trying to discourage you from the post. i think it’s a great idea and having seen that you’ve read for 8hrs in 3 days of visits you’ve done your homework. you’ll make a great fit for the community based on this short interaction from what i see. i have my areas of expertise and growing weed is not one of them…yet. have a great day. i’m off to paint a floor with epoxy paint to cover up some asbestos in my new house. tschüss!
