Plants seem sick

Yeah thats what i was saying is for now just get a cheapo and line up a good one in future but getting the ph at least close right now is very important. Agree i went through probably 10 cheap meters before i bought a mid grade one for like $60 i think it was. Eventually ill probably take the plunge on bluelab based on soooo many ppl loving them and not hearing much on them failing to do thier job

Bluelab for $89 im going on amazon now.

well that’s not entirely true, the pen is $88.00 but then you gotta buy the calibration solution and storage solution grand total $130.00. i then read the reviews and well, they weren’t all that great I actually don’t know what to do, i bought a vivosun digital and for the life of me, i can’t get it to calibrate. so i just ordered some paper strips till i can figure it out. very frustrating. plants are recovering though

Yeah i didnt get the bluelab. Ive gotten cheapo that was bad out the box but most are calibrated when you get it. Where i am the community has its own water processing and ph stays at around 7.5. I used to just check with that and if it read close i run with it. Your actual range is 5.5-6.5 in soil so if it reads close and your anywheres in low 6s even 5.8+ you should see improvement. They do look a little better. Are those pots going bone dry?

no, just top dry, will be watering soon though. I’m also in the mind of letting them dry, so the roots would go deed looking for water. just a little experiment . any thoughts on the matter? and only from week 2 and 3 kept the root ball moist though

Sounds good. Making them search is good. If you run too dry theyll droop just like overwatering. You got big pots there so i think thats gonna make a little more challenging til they get the underground work done.

Rooted, No it all went well
Specially after give them some great white mycorrhizae, found out that my lights marshydro sp -250’s were to low
Making them very unhappy, raised them to the top of tent and all is well
