I don’t know if you can retract a bid then bid on another one not sure what the rules are but this is normally a standard rule with most auction places I’ve been

@Pawsfodocaws, we can make an exception this time. Are you absolutely sure that you won’t retract it again? Retracting again in the same auction would mean that you would be ineligible for all future auctions.
