One of the Sumac I got going is so sativa she looks like a landrace two weeks into flowering but has very interesting flower formation so I’m keeping her going inspite of the super stretch and less bud sites on her. The other one doesn’t show the same traits

She is skunky and gluey with a bit of stone fruit / fruity pebble flavor.
I am pleased with her. Although I seem to prefer her at 12+ weeks and she appears finished well before that.
For personal smoke I am indeed happy. With that said I dunno if her bag appeal fits the standards of the market.
My next grow is a 100 F2 pheno hunt of banana daddy auto x freakshow.
A few people have started crosses.
I have high hopes there will be some great freakshow variants within the next few years.
I have heard good things about berry freak.
I used a bowl trimmer for some fresh and some dry freakshow buds. Yeah, its a bit aggressive but I couldn’t imagine trimming it any other way. I will try and get some clear pictures of that later.
@globalhead I am very jelly and grateful that you are running the sumac lemonade (1987 x purple lemonade) I wont be able to run her until late winter. Do you have plans to pop “Psillyrabbits birthday haze” (1987 x Midnight Mass)

I got two Sumac going and am out of space for the next few months but longer flowering haze and extreme sativa’s are not suited for my minimal grow environment.
Now your next grow 100 F2 pheno hunt is super interesting and would make space available for it
TBH I don’t have much grow experience and am learning from ya’ll guys at OG.

fuckin 87’ i have chopped 5/6 arms with stem rot. Fortunately the buds those arms produced matured enough to have some buds for cooking ect.

Its not over yet ! Im given 87’ (what is still nice and healthy) as long as i can. Another 3-4 weeks if the weather permits.

We hit a few nights at 45F but no rain in the near future and sunday is supposed to be a nice 75F day. We will cross the finish line.

over 300 days since i started the *87’
Trying to motivate myself to go chop her. It was a fun grow. I didn’t save her but I did make S1s and Hybrid fems. Hopefully this cut is alive out there somewhere.

wow thats crazy - I like to believe that also the plants live on anyway - we’re all part of that - I lost your electric cindy harlem haze seeds I gave them to somebody that grows very well by mistake, but I thought I split it in half not OG haha oops anyway they’re halfway across the country - I never lose seeds I think keep thinking damn psilly rabbit gave me those LI haze seeds and I missed them, but my friend will grow so I’ll ask for a cut, what’s your favorite of your garden nowadays?

its hard to say whats my favorite. I am really digging this f1 banana daddy auto x freakshow. Purple lemonade from fast flower has been my daily smoke.
An early sample of this outdoor '87 has me stoked to have pounds of it. I shared a joint with some old friends who used to smoke with me back when we’d buy world-class Uptown Haze, and everyone agreed it’s one of the closest things to it we’ve encountered. I cant wait to grow it crossed to cuban black haze.
Picked half the plant. bucked and wet trimmed half of that with a bowl trimmer. Just finished.

these asshole seeds are all up in my shit. They do come out easy with my sticky fingers but i tossed all my finger hash.
