Relief from an infected tooth

I totally agree. I encountered some bad shit with the teeth. I swear by coconut oil, tumeric and cloves but it can’t replace the dentist though

Had pain from a molar that was just worn away underneath on one quarter and waiting till I had it pulled. Actually pulled 5 today. So Friday I was already on an antibiotic to keep down infection before the surgery. Taking 2 Tylenol every 4 hours and no blood thinners till the surgery is done. Which meant no ibuprofen/aspirin. On blood pressure meds so alcohol not a good idea. Scrubbing clean with baking soda and peroxide toothpaste and using Listerine was not even helping. Nor ambesol.

I use Halls cough drops -cherry when I go for a walk and I never have pain when I walk, Thought what the hell and tried it. In less than 5 minutes the pain was gone. Perhaps the menthol shrinks the inflammation, I dunno. I just know it worked and thought II would share in case it helped someone in pain.

you can pop a wet tea bag on anything in your mouth that’s hurting. It does not work for everybody but it does for me.

I completely forgot about this thread… anyway I finally got a root canal and a crown…I have no more problems at all everything is fine and dandy folks…I had to pay $700 for the root canal out of my pocket because my insurance BCBS would not pay for it but they did pay for my crown $3,500…all is well.
