Return of the Husky Hut

The sensor looks like it will work perfectly with the net pots. I was worried that they might be too shallow, but nope.

I’ve been obsessed with espresso lately, and it’s funny how the two passions are crossing over. I’m trying to find new ways to pack to bho column and also my portafilter basket to eliminate channeling. I’m going to upgrade from years of open blasting to a closed loop system, and I’m going to upgrade from years of using an semiautomatic Breville machine to a Flare 58+ manual lever action espresso machine. Even the coco is looking like grounds.

The muffin came out way more golden than I expected. I figured since the material was so old that it would have turned amber by now. I think a big part of that is how I’ve been treating the hash material more like the rest of the bud after harvest. I keep it cured and then dry what I need when I’m getting ready to do a run.

I think it’s going to be a decent yield because it was the bottom of the bag with all of the crystally kief.

every time I see a muffin I always hear Noels voice saying “You’re pulling the vacuum too hard”. I think he was some kind of distillation wizard! Definitely how you make shatter, though. He was talking about live resin extraction.

I was sitting here smoking a bowl when I heard a strange gargling sound. So I looked and my toilet was bubbling and then draining. So I checked out the float and the flap, and then all of the sudden it overflowed all over my bathroom and into my living room. I noticed it had back flowed into my bathtub. A few days ago I noticed that my kitchen sink wasn’t draining very well.

Apparently the pine tree that fell in my yard messed up the drain to the septic tank. Great.

Good luck dude :grimacing:

Oh damn, that’s going to suck to clean… But hopefully it’s just the pipe between the tank and the house… You don’t want to know what a new system costs…when’s the last time you pumped the tank?

I rent, so it’s not my issue financially.

He has talked about cutting down the tree that fell since I moved in, so he kind of did it to himself. Lucky for him he has a backhoe and can do all of the work himself.

I think the reason it happened was because I was doing laundry. So now I can’t do that, and all of my towels are toilet water wet. I guess all I really can do is get back to smoking weed and playing Red Dead Redemption II. Damn…

Seems like the only reasonable answer.

I started a new game and only have around 20% of the storyline completed, but I’ve already hunted everything possible until I’m allowed into the southern part of the map. Then I went on a few treasure hunts and now I’m rich. All of my guns are gold with engravings and pearl handles or dark walnut finishes. I have three wild arabians: my prized snowy white arabian, a black one with white lightning looking lines, and a red one. I roll with the first two and keep the red one in the stable. I have mad legendary trinkets. Fur and leather garments galore. Every shirt and pair of pants from the high end clothing shop in Saint Denis. A bolt action rifle I shot the sheriff for. The camp in Horseshoe Overlook is maxed out on upgrades. I have an essentially bottomless satchel. I still have 4 gold bars and cash in my pocket.

I’m like the Ric Flair of the wild west.

I don’t even know what just happened.

RDR2 is virtual prep for when I become a crazy old prospector in the not too distant future. My next real world move is to get a moonshine still up and running. Then all I need is a sluice box and a shotgun. I’d also like to have a real Arabian horse to get me up into the mountains. Or at least a strong donkey.

Are we getting a semi auto, pump, lever action, or bolt action shotgun?

I didn’t even know that there were bolt action shotguns. Probably a pump because I grew up listening to a lot of Cypress Hill. But a lever action would be sweet too. It would match the Flare 58+ lever action expresso machine. I need to get matching wood.

I’m also going to need the horse so that I can ride down to the local village to trade weed and shine for fresh milk and espresso beans. I might swap out the donkey for a mini dairy cow. I wonder if there is gold in the mountains of Columbia because I could also grow my own coffee beans and maybe even cacao trees. The prospecting could be secondary at this point. Maybe even switch to silver prospecting if that lines up with my lifestyle better.
