I would say you have two circuits anyways. One circuit wouldn’t hold both AC compressors if they kicked at the same time. Hopefully they ran a subpanel. Very sweet set up. Jelly as eff.

So first let me apologize for my absence… Moving is simply a bitch…
Lets jump right in…
Last two grows… simply great… have stuff in jars 120 days and I’ll tell yah what the old seeds stuff in my opinion kicked gorilla glue in the ass. the wedding cake was on point. but one of those old ones. just wow… get the pepper skunk out of my house…. Even though we were dialing things in… yeah… Octopots and TPS1 for the win…

My grow buddy has some amazing Blue dreams about to be harvested that I gave seeds too, Just wow. Sorry no pics from him that I can share. but I got clones and sprouted one myself. One of the people I give free clones too gave me back a white widow as way to thank you. This grow we will be doing a white widow and two Blue Dreams One from Seed. One from clone. Now in the Octo’s and roots should hit water by the end of next week. I have some purple kush seeds on the way so I am going to sprout one and only grow one in a 5x5.
I decided to go ahead and use the tents in the grow space. The building itself is isolated and the 39F temps from last night didn’t affect the temp in the building. 67f. I have a 30amp circuit running to the grow building with two old styles 20-amp fuses in a fuse box. This will need to be replaced with breakers. I think I have enough power out there to do what I need to do. We will find out 
The space comes with a window mounted ac unit. These are much more efficient than the portables and work better. I will still need to use a de-humidifier, but I think I can keep it out of the tent and “lung room” the space to keep the environment under control.
Let’s talk a little industry 4.0 for a second. Even though I will probably walk back and forth many times a day checking on things I decided to try out a temp stick (tempstick.com) so I could have the environment constantly on a computer monitor on my desk. I did some research and I like this one the best. A little pricey, easy to setup, and I think it is cool. The distant to the grow building and the brick around my house I was glad I had already upgraded to a Linksys mesh network so I could just drop the node out in front of the building, and I am pumping 50 mb down 20 up thru glad/metal/and brick and the signal to the next module is about 75ft away. What was cool is you can see the humidity go up each time I fill the octo’s up. Each of the bumps you see in the graph in humidity is me fill them up.
The smoke shack behind the grow building is going to be converted into a man cave/smoke shack with dead posters, lava lamps, 1970’s style carpet, bean bags etc. It will be my place to get my chi together. If need be, I will put a 4x3 in here for winter to keep things going but I might not have too. We will see.
We will be growing 3 plants in one tent and one plant in it’s own space as the test this time on volume vs No. of plants.

Hello Friends! I have been playing around and prepping the grow space yesterday. While I wait for everything to take off, I am using the time to prep and run test on the new environment to see what can be expected when things get going. Getting my water jugs filled up and down to zero which takes a little time as I use a zero pitcher to bring my ph down.
I also installed a security camera so I know if someone enters the building without me. It has a intercom system on it so I can give them a warning to leave before bad things happen 
Cheap $55.00. Might even put one in the grow tent so I can check on things without having to go out there (which I will still do because plants need to be sung too and encouraged… hehe)
Yesterday was a hot day here in the south where I am. 80f outside. The temp in the grow space remained rather cool until the afternoon. My new handy dandy tempstick was a great help. I decided to test the AC window unit to see how quickly things could be brought back to center. The damn thing probably hasn’t been turned on in years. Going to run it until it don’t work no more. So far so good. Found where 72 is on the dial for the room.
These pictures show the plants begging. Do not be fooled and start watering down from the top. Full disclosure though… I did hit them with ½ cup of just plain water for 2 days. If you see the tempstick data it is VERY very dry here. (not for long though) so I just gave them enough to keep them comfortable like a dying solider on the battlefield until they can drink on their own. I would be very cautious when doing this though. You want to the plants to find the water and stretch them roots.
Just check in with them today and as expected after 7 days we got roots at the water! Wait till you see these suckers next week!
My Purple Kush seeds were delivery yesterday dropping them in a shot glass full of water today or tomorrow. I will document the process I use to sprout seeds.

Is it wired or wireless? I have a whole house outside wired system.

G-Pas it is wireless. I had one at the old house outside and liked it. You don’t have to use their cloud stuff and supports up to a 128gb mini sim card. Easy to setup. Has motion detection, night/day, intercom,notification. I thought it best to put one here since the building is not attached to my house.

So happy you like the Octopots I’ve been using them now for about 5 years and they are the only way to grow
I to grow in a garage and I run a flexible duct to my tent with an in-line fan from the house to force a/c in the summer and heat in the winter ! Works great for me
Humidity is always an issue so I do mainline style and stopped the scrog style too much mass the mainline style forces you to trim and it allows more air space
I basically increase my yield , almost dubbing it
You’ve done very well for the first grow in 20 years
Just wait till you get past the learning curve you’ll be amazed

My Friends! So much time has past since last update and so many things learned. Let’s jump in.
Upgrades and New Toys:
Did some upgrades to electrical infrastructure in the grow building. This

I also ordered 2 - Inline tube fans 6inch.
It moves 364cu of air a minute and was only 99$. Normally you would have these exporting air out of the tent through a charcoal filter. Cannabis is legal in my state and I have no urge to spend the money on charcoal filters etc. I have it mounted in the top of the tent and pointed out one of the 8inch tent holes. It just dumps the air into the grow room and the Window AC unit takes care of recycling it. Room remains at a constant 68f.

What was this struggling clone…

This was a blue dreams clone that I wasn’t sure was going to make it. The one on the left is a Blue Dreams from seed. Flipped to flowering 10 days ago and the seed BD is female. Yahhhhh!
There has been a couple of challenges with the one on the left but over all these two should produce a good crop. Many clones were taken
Tent #2 has been in operation since the middle of May. In tent 2 we have
The Purple Kush in pot and is taken off on runway 5. Beautiful looking plant and keeping fingers cross that the feminized seeds do their thing. So far, every seed that has popped from ILGM has been female.
Ms Runtz is in the pot and took off was before the purple kush did. Most of this growth is just over a week old. Might be ready to flip in two weeks.

Lesson’s learned so far in this grow.
The Blue dreams I sprouted from seed I started to notice it looked under fed. In face it reminded me of the gorilla glue plant that I thought I under fed on grow one. The other BD was doing great and drinking from the same jugs, same nutes. I had dropped two Purple kush’s in Octo’s and gave one to my grow buddy. He called me back a couple of days later and said he dug the Kush out and put it in a new pot. He said the root ball was dry and rotos were not going anywhere. He made the comment that when he was removing the dirty it felt like he was trying to dig into a brick. The bells went off… So back in Jan 2022 I took all the soil I had and packed the pots before I moved, and they sat there for 4 months. I packed them tight as well. It never dawned on me nor did I read anywhere that you could over pack the octo’s too tight… Well you can… After chatting with @Paplag for a bit he confirmed my suspicion. I was trying to grow in brick. I loosened up the soil in the octo for the seed BD by giving it some good punches on the side as well as grabbing the trunk and giving it a good wiggle. Apparently, it worked as the plant is looking way much better now. The next couple of octos I did not pack as tight and those two are looking awesome too. Lesson Learned don’t pack them too tight.
The room my tents sit in has a window unit. The room acts as a lung room where cool air is sucked in from and the hot air is exported into where the window unit takes care of everything. This has allowed me to have more room in the tent as I do not need a Portable AC unit. I also noticed that the dehumidifier does not kick on as much to keep things dry as the window unit is doing a good job of it by itself.
That is all I have to report my friends! When we get past 4 weeks of flowering, I will post an update again. Hope your grows are doing well!
