Looks like nitrogen burn to me, mine looked like that .

Well I am still new at growing, however what I have is the 17 inch drain pain and it holds about a gallon of water and I use the 3 gallon fabric pots so I add my nutrients and fill up the tray and water about twice a week give or take. Maybe this will help or not. Good luck and don’t give up.
