Sebring's Perpetual No-till Living Organics

I second @FiveGar bout this sleep bullshit. I only get 5-6 hours on a good day why do I gotta lose even more than that on days like this? Woohoo being human and stuff.

@Sebring let me know if I can help somehow and take care of yourself bud

Sorry to hear that Sebring. Had depression for over 40 years but never had anxiety with it. Finally just stopped drinking in May and feeling better all the time. Connecting with family out here in BC and want to get back so going to grow my ass off until I can make that happen. Hopefully my last winter in the Great White North!

There’s got to be a strain to fix that shit.

Good luck.

:peace:

@Sebring, first things first cuz! Take care of you! We understand and commiserate cuz. I doubt any of us are in that big of a hurry. I know probably most, if not all of us have plenty of seeds to do things with until you can come back strong! Then we’ll be right here waiting!

I know the feeling I’ve lived with that beast my entire life like all of it since I was born I guess. It’s a gift from my dear father that and a strong addiction problem 10 years clean and sober this Dec yay me. The anxiety is another issue altogether and I’ve passed that family legacy down to my children. Anyway take care or yourself first nobody is worried about seeds and if I can help in any way with anything just shout. Hope you all have an amazing day

Please take care of yourself first, set aside anything that is causing you stress and find some peace of mind brother. Your generosity and kindness has put a smile on my face and eased my troubles many times. There is a path to peace, seek the spiritual man.
Pray you get settled…

Hi @Sebring! Good morning! Totally hear you! And sympathize with, in particular regarding growing “younger”! It is either our perception getting sharper, more accurate, or aggravating factors regarding aging and coming to terms with oneself which ends up hitting us a bit harder (or we simply happen to feel more than before) as we age.
And I wouldn’t be surprised a number of other people here have been going through some similar situations. Always keep in mind that without a healthy being and having a reasonably peaceful state of mind, the rest in life seems to fall apart, and it gets to be too hard.
Long story short friend, go through all you need to and don’t even worry about anything other than your own well being and good health, and life around you and your dear ones!! As others said before, there isn’t anyone here who could be too desperate to get beans! Plenty come and go on OG, and no one would have to argue otherwise.
Deep respect and admiration for you and all you’ve always been doing for this community! :hugs:

Good morning to all of us OGers!!

I have had that problem all my life. I have just stopped taking my meds since I have been here this last year and being able to help other people. If there is anything I can do to help you with what ever, let me know.

Hey man, no worries, take care of yourself first. Please don’t worry about the seed runs until you get the mountain of honeydos IRL wrangled and organized. We’ll make sure to give you the space you need and as much time as you want. No rush!

Much love, my friend! :green_heart:

I’m not a doctor, but I’ve read that quality diet that’s mostly plant-based, time in nature without devices, and high amounts of strenuous exercise are the best alternatives to prescribed meds.

I’ve also been told by friends with anxiety and depression that psilocybin taken in slightly-more-than-micro doses once a week REALLY helps. Like taking .25g or something - enough to feel it, but not enough to trip. They result in “a really good day” that sticks with you for the rest of the week.

Reach out if I can help in any way!

I second that advice, vit B1 deficiency causes anxiety amongst other things, like sleep problems, and is necessary for a healthy functioning autonomic nervous system, which controls the sympathetic and para sympathetic nervouse system.

The Wimm Hoff breathing technique works very well at re setting the autonomic nervous system, check youtube.

I use shrooms started on 0.25 of a gram every 3rd day now I just use 0.5 of a gram once a week, if I remember. Its when the anxiety creeps back up I remember to take it again.

Anxiety is a symptom of something else so its better to try and find the cause as well as treat the symptoms.

Sending positive vibes my friend.
And always wanting to help.

I agree with @nube and @shadey.
Brewer’s yeast is a good source of this. In addition to many other beneficial substances.
Cocoa beans too, there’s so much good in it that we don’t have the ability to figure out what it’s all for.
Cocoa reduces the risk of depression by 70%, according to studies by University College London.
