I was supposed to get some Ancestral Skunk beans off MisterBee for his September give away but he went quiet and no chatter to date.I’m glad to see what it looked like I specifically asked for that one I was curious as all hell to what that thing would look like .Awesome job looks spectacular.I like that Christmas tree structure good frame.

Very strong pine earthy my wife even said to me kinda smelly in here lol she never says that ,but no skunk smell,they probably have couple more weeks I need to check my notes,
Anyone know what the cross was for this strain skunk and what
You need to feed these plants seem to be extra hungry
Had to up their nutes,but well worth the grow since
I haven’t grown any photo plants in 2 years forgot how long they take
Plus it’s my first grow report on overgrow memeber seeds lol

Ancestral skunk is from the last skunk#1 open field pollination Sam the skunkman did in cali before leaving for Holland. Somewhere in the early 80s(don’t quote me on that)
He said this was after 10 years of selecting for the sweeter side but since it wasn’t his only criteria, there’s supposed to be acrid skunky plants in there…
Nobody found squat from 1000s grown hehe
It’s good smoke, and makes sexy hash, just not skunky 
(well skunky maybe, rks no)
I’ve seen people doing crosses with ancestral skunk and some were quite impressive honestly

It’s worth a try for sure. If it’s of any help, the best results came from death star, blue star etc.

A good friend of mine ran A. Skunk outdoors this summer. They got massively tall, one going almost 9’, and really bushy. He also did not get any acrid Skunk terps, but some really pleasantly sweet citrusy smells for sure. He did say it wasn’t as strong as he hoped, potency wise, but was still a really good smoke.

I have no idea.
I’ve grown a lot with the same set up.
Mine looked like yours just covered with flowers.
