So the Paonia Purple Paralyzer is finished. I really like this stuff. During flower it didn’t have a very pleasant smell, but it cured up to a nice herbal grape tea smell. The high is fantastic, with a strong head component I was not expecting. It is quite potent and can even be a little overwhelming. Truly high quality herb. An amazing heirloom.

Big Detroit Energy x RKS
Chopped f63. I was getting some ambers and buds had looked the same for a few weeks.Bottoms were mature too.
It grew much shorter than the others in the tent, and it didn’t complain much about anything.
Smells slightly of durian after drying, but odor is fairly low.
This has a mild indica dominant hybrid high. It couldn’t be more than about 15% THC based on feels. There is possibly a little CBD in it too based on the way the high behaves. Perhaps letting it go a bit longer would make it more sedative or even more potent, but it is good this way. It’s sort of a daytime indica and seems like it might be good in social situations. It reminds me of some stuff I might have got from maybe 2000 to 2002.

Nice compact plants, I have two just like that but they aren’t as big yet. Looks good my friend, I hope to get mine in the flower room soon.

Yes, I gave JP the PPP seeds and some PPP pollen. Also Sour Bubble, Blue Kush and Blue Moon Rocks Pollen. He will be getting Sweet and Sour Cindy pollen next.

Paonia Purple Paralyzer
Hey @DougDawson I was very interested in this one when I first came to OG back in '21 but much too shy too ask for any. I’d like to say it was patience that finally brought these seeds to me but I think it had more to do with you growing a metric shit ton of seeds and flooding the community with them to keep this heirloom going 
I always thought it was a great story though with the original preservation completed by @lefthandseeds and how the bulk of those seeds were unfortunately lost. But through all the work and efforts you all put in that I have the opportunity to experience this one in my own garden. So thank you to you both!
Still a ways to go with these but seems I have a purple one and green one. I did get a male also so of course I had to grow it to make more seeds myself.

Very cool, plants look great. I just finished growing a PPP and was smoking it last night. Just a sample taken a week prior. The PPP is drying now. Even before the cure it some pretty darn good stuff IMO. Glad you got a chance to grow it, hope it turns out great for you.
