Yes, they are on the dense side, but not as dense as my special poison cookies. One of the reasons I crossed the Candyland with my cookies is because mine is so dense, it makes them susceptible to bud rot in the hot summer months, and the Candyland might help to lessen that density a bit. We’ll see!

Time to take down my 2 big Candyland ladies!
I harvested the huge cola last week. It was ready before the rest of the plant, so I chopped it off and trimmed it up. But today, I started the next stage. Here she is before I took anything off today…
I only took off about 60% of those buds and will get to the rest in a few days. But my next trimming session (tomorrow or Thursday) will be the top half of the other big Candyland. Here’s the 60% that I trimmed up today:

Most agree that this strain was created in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, by famed breeders Jordan of the Islands, formed in 1992.
The exact lineage remains a mystery. I just received some of those seeds in the most recent group buy…
