I did produce purchasing for a regional grocery chain for a couple years, 240 stores +/-.
A truck load of 10lb russets, 24 pallets, 1200 bales…60,000lbs.
Was bringing 2-3 of those per month, plus the box stuff.
My love for potatoes is conditional…
