Ok you asked for it
I’m thinking of shit that won’t get get banned on OG. I still have things to do here, you know?
I bite my tongue quite a bit around here too
Think about it. I spent 4 years in the US Army, 9 years working as a roughneck in the oilfield, do you not think I have heard some good ones over the years?
Q:How many bores does it take to drill a hole?
A: @Slick1
Like that?
I’m sorry I injured your lily white collegiate feelings

I can’t even eat
That guy looks like he’s eaten too much I think.
Sperm right? Thought the same thing.
They’re trying to impregnate his brain thus the look of pain.
Well a new addition to the grow room provided me a valuable realization. It gets stupid dry inside in the winter here, it’s a big part of why I shut down shop usually. Seeing as I decided to just keep going through winter this year I needed to address the humidity, even now with the air on I’m averaging like 37% humidity in there. So I bought a humidifier with a hygrometer that would maintain a level and shut itself off when it reached it.
I turned it on and set it for 50%, it started shooting vapor and within a minute or two stopped. Hygrometer in my tent still says 37%. Turn the thing up to 60%- hygrometer goes up to 40 but humidifier turns off showing 60%. I just ordered a dozen inkbird hygrometers so I grabbed a few and placed them at different levels in the room and they confirmed it wasn’t the humidifier that was wrong, it was the friggin’ hygrometer I’ve been relying on all along!
So my humidity level in there opening the door this morning was close to 70% and now I have to throw my dehumidifier in there
Someone photoshop this face upside down!
@Slick1 , I feel your pain. My home is entirely baseboard heated so the humidity is zilch in the winter. My growing area was in the same room as my 40gal aquarium so that helped with the RH. Now that it’s all moved downstairs I’m hoping it’ll balance out the basements high-humidity, and save me $ as the lights running should heat up the basement
I’ve got a great deal of humidity issues in my room having Octopots a reservoir of 6 gallons of water in each one so I have increased airflow in and out and now I’m changed my method from Scroge to mainline in an effort to combat the humidity issue issue
Next steps small dehumidifier
I find they can deal with 65 to70% rh as long as the air flow is good
I’ve got fans on everything but my concern was more wondering where it’s actually been for the last few months. A day or two at 70% isn’t the end of the world. Months of it and me trying to introduce more humidity into the room is a tad concerning!
Just looked in there and the humidity is about 62% with the door open for more ventilation.
A lot got fixed as soon as i vented outdoors. Right now i’m trying to figure out a cover for the basement window currently making ye old running fan sounds.
For the time being i have my scap plywood leaning over it blocking the window
I don’t have the ability to vent but it would make a world of difference in the summer. The LEDS are still much better than the CMH.
Ghost Rose laid on an improvised drying rack I made for awhile with 54% humidity. Put it in a grove bag and it’s reading 61%. If it stays there for a few hours I believe my job is done with it.
Second Pennywise showed female today. Silver spray at 550 ppm should be arriving today from Amazon. I still plan to make some but I ordered in case I didn’t get to it in time and let’s just say I have a keen sense of self awareness!
Chocolate Thai is FINALLY frosting up nicely so there’s a light at the end of the tunnel! You can see some of the poor burnt leaf tips that I can’t do anything about at this point.
And the new addition to the family seems to want to race everyone else. Trizzler planted the other day
Ooooh baby! Thai gettin stikky!!!
