I’m right in Kingston on April 8th for the eclipse. Directly in its path…

supposed to be an extra 1 million people in this city. It’s gonna cause major traffic and parking issues for days, I’d say. Luckily, I can just stay home and see the eclipse with no issues.

That’s pretty darn close! Not quite in the zone of totality, but very close.

we are gonna sleep in the parking spot the night before and drive from there. Thats like 2/3 the way up from where i live.
I did find someone on 420 magazine in oswegatchie who wants to trade clones but they are to scetched out to let me and babe come threw.

For a second I thought that might be some weird nickname for Oswego.

Oswego- “flowing out” or “pouring out.”

“Oswegatchie” is also a place name of Native American origin, specifically from the Mohawk language. It means “black water,” derived from the Mohawk words “oswe” meaning “black” and “gatchi” meaning “water.” This name is associated with various locations, including the Oswegatchie River in northern New York State.

I’m not at all familiar with that whole area of NY along the Saint Lawrence. Probably hazy on most things north of the Thruway unless they’re touristy, and then only maybe.

bump

I guess our house is in the 99% zone, so we are going to enjoy looking across from our little hill. The sun will be in the perfect spot for easy viewing
