Can we talk spider mites?

Just wondering who has had mites and won the battle? I have a lite infestation of spotted mites on my late flowering buds 1-2 weeks from harvest, I have applied 3 treatments of a product called GreenCleaner with an once of 91% ISO mixed in with the GC. It seems to have worked so far, but I still think I am seeing eggs , how long until they hatch and is the weed still going to be ok for my own use?
