I grew the aji lemon, white fantasy, the aji Charapita & sugar rush Strippy earlier this summer.

I would recommend them all, the lemon and the white fantasy have citrus notes but that sugar rush Strippy had a very sweet flavor so definitely try it out if you can.

This is what I did

Hardy charred the peppers & onions (coughed my A$$ off) due to lack of air flow in the kitchen.

Blended everything up & jarred

Recipe:
1/2 lb or 12 Fresno peppers ( Take seeds out )
1 yellow onion medium
3 cloves garlic
1 red bell pepper (optional) I didn’t have one.
2/3 cup white vinegar ( I used Balsamic Vinegar) gives more fruit ish flavor.
2 tsp Pink Sea tsp salt
1 tsp smoked paprika ( I used Regular )
1 tsp of Black pepper
1 tsp of roasted red peppers & garlic

Resued some jars đŸ«™ :yum:

Was fun making this with my teen son ,)

I actually just ate a red fresno pepper for the first time the other day from the store. Very pretty. Real fruity/sweet, and pretty spicy (for me anyway).
took some seeds and dried them out, ill try to grow em in the spring. How’d that sauce turn out?

Looks great! I char those things on the grill outside. I got scolded good enough just trying to run the dehydrator with peppers inside. Need to try some smoked peppers at some point.

I need to make weed pellets for the Traeger, was joking to the other half about this last night. “Specially Smoked”

On the other end of the spectrum.
I have the worlds “sweetest” peppers. They where given to the garden center i work for as an early reassess two seasons ago by proven winners.
I’m not sure they ever released them. Certainly not by seed. They are supposed to be “sterile” they are not.
If your interested lmk

It’s edema cause by over watering. It won’t be fatal, not that I’ve ever seen, anyways.

So I’ll stop watering them then as much.
Tent drys out the soil very quickly, also I’m small pots. Just gotta make it to warm weather and up pot into 5gal buckets for the summer outside.

I appreciate your help, I hope this is all that’s wrong and it can be fixed easily.

I would say it usually only appears when they are in small pots. Not uncommon to see that in the seedling incubation chamber when they are in plant start pots. Never seen it happen once they hit the greenhouse and are large plants.
@Pawsfodocaws , clone that pepper plant
