I dont eat them often like I used to but for supers the Bubblegum and mahogany 7 pot pepper are the best superhots in my opinion. The Mahogany flavor wise is the richest tasting, and creates a beautiful fermented pepper sauce. It also makes a dried pepper powder that is real good.
The Bubblegum blends perfectly with mangos for the ultimate hot sauce. It’s real fruity and if done right will have a old school chewing gum flavor.

I planted :

Pepper - Trinidad Sweet
Pepper - Aji Mango
Pepper - KS Lemon Starrburst,
Pepper - Sugar Drop Orange
Pepper - Anaheim California (Sala pepper)
Pepper - Jalapeno pepper (Hot Chili type)
Pepper - Sweet Apple Peppers
Pepper - Hungarian Yellow
Pepper - Frensno
Pepper - Mini Sweet Bell

Didn’t label anything lmao.
I’m forced to learn what each one is, looks like and how it grows. I think in the photos I got Jalapeno, Green (not ripe) Frensno, 1 or 2 Sweet mini bell and the longer ones probable Anaheim.

Although the Anaheim don’t taste great, alot of earth flavor. I’m no expert at all, just love eating peppers and making hot sauce.

The Pepper patch a few weeks ago.

Ohh and I got 2 Bannana plants.

Loved reading this thread. I love hot. Hottest I can handle is a Habenero. What peppers are around the same heat?

While peppers like the scorpion and reaper definitely intrigue me, too hot for me I am sure.lol

I’m the same. Love the heat, kinda cap out around a hab though. Have you tried any of the aji Amarillo or aji dulces? More sweet than habs but in the same spice range. Super useful on salads / pizza

Raised garden beds brother, get them 2.5 ft above the ground = no bending over to garden.

I’m in the process of collecting items to take my current garden, photos in my last post of the current garden beds. And making them 2.5 ft tall on the ground, I’ll be able to sit on the edge so I won’t need to bend down anymore  @Toker1

Ps. Love them red looking peppers :yum:

I’d wasn’t too bothered that 1 of my Ferry-Morris anaheim seeds turned out to be purple beauty peppers but I decided to visit their website on a whim. They told me to fill out an autoform, so I did and 2 weeks later 6 various packs of pepper seeds showed up. Ferry-Morris really steps up.
