I always give them some light stress by leaving the door open a few nights. So when the veg light comes on it floods from the side into the bloom room where it’s dark. It’s a minor stress that should trigger unstable plants. In fact, it does. So the rock steady plants that don’t produce pollen sacks probably won’t. hah hah unstable genomes are GojiOG, big bud and meat breath. Iiiiiirony! Stable ones are OGKush, valley hashplant… so far. The PCK plant was really stable as well.

Crikey! Had an 8 hour power outage that lasted almost the entire harvest time! Harvesting by flashlight and stuffing the buds into a freezer powered by a generator. woooo! We had an Armageddon style storm. Now, it’s like 8 degrees Celsius outside! WILD!

Well you were just talking about adding some minor stress…guess this is maybe a little more than that but I’m sure they’ll take it in stride. Is the power back on now? I hate messing with the generator but damn if it isn’t great to have it when needed too.

Yep the power is back on it came back on last night just after it got too dark to keep bagging buds. Then we bagged about a kilo more heh heh.

I neglected the OGK clone I have and it got all spindly! It’s regenerating now. I’m going to harvest the basil plant. I hope there are a few ripe seeds! I’ll check heh heh. I’ve got to get that thing out of there now it’s using too much space. Get the churn going! I have to plant some of those experimental GMOs.

Oh my! That damned basil plant. I’ve done two harvests so far and there are still leaves remaining. I think I could harvest an entire years worth of basil from one plant in 2 months. The size of the leaves are pretty wild too.

Something fucking wack is happening to the tirah valley. I think there are a handful of immature seeds! I was pretty sure I cleaned up all pollen remnants from the male. Guess it wouldn’t hurt to unleash the bleach again! mmm love that bleach-y smell! Not ruling out other causes yet, because there was no seed production in that last crop, or the one before. Three seeds in the crop while I was pollen dusting! Oooo those sneaky little pollen buggers.

Ahem cocksucker basil. Took shit over like a boss. I have a years worth of dried basil already in the cupboard, yet the plant looks untouched. Perhaps one more harvest before I junk it, and a couple more clones.
