I’m having serious thoughts about Panama as well, much as I love it here , the secret growing is spoiling things…years ago when I came here from CR …I thought Cannabis laws would open here first…
Ain’t going to happen…Searched around Colombia past three years…and was sure it offered the best Pensionada terms…and there medical service( believe it or not is better than Panama)
As I said I will search out Chiapas …and keep my eye on Mexico.
I ain’t getting much younger and would just love to be able to grow legally.
Problem here is …you got with weed growing…maybe 20 plants…u be ok…but you get a lawyer and it’s all sorted with…ie.I’m sorry so you pay a fine to the local council., then the police will want the expenses ?.bla bla bla bla.
Be the example to disgorage the local ex-pats…
