Light saturation Is high I am using a light mover about 6 inches above the canopy with a spider sf2000 currently in my 2x4 tent

Question for my people of OG should I start the Maine line project in one gallon or up pot to three gallon or the ultimate 7 gallon now before the big chop back to the second node?
