I donāt know anything about all the pitbull lines, but I do know that my pitty is the best dog Iāve ever had! Sheās a rescue so who knows where she came from. Best dogs EVER!! They get such a bad rap.

I bet the guys on this thread could give you a good idea of what line you might have if you post a picture. LA in particular has some very distinct breeds of pit bull. The Gottyline dogs are very distinct, the Razorās Edge dogs have beautiful, more traditional heads. Thereās even the Rat Tail Blues that are very noticeable because they have a genetic defect in the tail. They are almost exclusive to South LA. Other lines from a specific male like 21 Blackjack produce a lot of dogs who look just like original.

They definitely get a bad rap but i think its changing slowly. More responsible owners nowadays it seems as the breed popularity grows again. I used to breed dogs back in the day and imported my foundation dogs from the States and Ecuador. I now have my own family of dogs now based and bred on traits i like and want out of the dogs. Love these dogs to bits. I am getting 2 Rottweiler x Doberman next week though and and im going to start making my own version of ban dogs to use as security by crossing those to my bulldogs ā¦ lol.

Crazy how you have to actually breed and train the desire/ability for a pit bull to bite a human being.

You should check out the presa canario. I want a boreboel those are both some bad ass pups. My dad raised pinchers they are very good dogs rotties on the other hand I had a bad experience with a rottie and letās just say that fucker ate a Led

I saw my first Borboels in person last winter here in Canada . Iām not normally scared of dogs , but I didnāt like the way they looked at me . Lol . Im glad they were on a leash . That being said they were beautiful looking dogs .

Really popular dogs out here. Specially on the farms for security. Probably the most used home security dogs in general. I dont trust them but i guess thatās how im sposed to feel . Other issue ive seen with them is they just get too bigā¦ to the point any criminal can outrun themā¦ i like the smaller boerboels on a working levelā¦ recently seen a short leg version ā¦ Iāll try find the pic

Even with her pink collar, people thought she was a male. All the kids would chase her around the pool and pull her tail or try to ride her and she loved it. She could scare the shit out of a stranger though!

hope everyoneās well out thereā¦ been crazy times over hereā¦ my phone went on the blink after a soaking 1stlyā¦ our internets been down a week too and we are currently in full fucking fire season. Cant get any pics up till i sort out a new phone but last night the valley got hit hard with a massive fire. My top neighbours house burnt down and we managed to stop the fire 20m from my top field and about 50m from the greenhousesā¦ About 2am this morning we managed to get the one side of the top of the mountain stopped but the fire had already run over the other way to the other farms though. More winds this morning and the other side of the valley sparked up again but got stopped thankfullyā¦ Pretty fucking hectic!!

Shit bro, glad you and the farm are safe. Been around a farm fire before, as it started up. It goes from a small patch burning to everything burning in seconds. Scary shit
