Can i have the ortega and leave some oaxacan from colorado sativas? If not good enough, i have others.

I believe the Oaxaca that is currently listed at Colorado Sativas is a hybrid, but the older CS listing of Highland Oaxaca Gold sourced through AlterEgo would qualify.

I heard the same, so should not qualify, @Cannabis @Upstate can you enlighten us?

Personally I am unsure at the moment. Is the pure landrace Oaxaca a 100 percent sativa? I thought it was… If so, then they admit on their website their version is only 70 percent sativa. Since there is no mention of what the other 30 percent is, it would be disqualified. It all depends on if pure Oaxaca is 100 percent Sativa.

from the sourcing it seems either heirloom or feral. it was picked up on an energy lease …i don’t think it was from BOEL if that is what is being referred…

update: it was Oaxacan S1, maybe source 2008 or something sort of recent iirc. It was a while back…over a year ago when i ordered them. i can throw in a few Acapulco Gold Red Stem to kosher it up? AG is a landrace here, right?

AG I believe its a cross of two known landraces so its fine.

I will take the AG, and leave:

Uganda Mamba TLT × Double Scorpion TLT (Punta Rojo × Lagkitan)

This cross was recently done by a friend. He crossed a male DS to a female UM. This would be F1.

I can. Our resident expert elchischas says it is a hybrid. No one knows this stuff like he does.

I think I need to sit out from this thread for a bit before I start offering more of my Landraces and get more familiar with their info/origins. Really exciting info you all have stated since my first post.
Still up vvv

Personally, I believe the OaxacanS1 to be tourist weed, which I would describe as any weed readily being sold to tourists. It’s probably very good weed, and probably worth growing, but I don’t believe that most weed being sold to tourists, especially to gringo tourists, could be classified as a Landrace. Just my two cents.

well, i have 5 x of the acapulco gold red/purple stem from colorado sativas. should be ok?

I believe the AG red/purple stems were originally sourced through John at Snowhigh Seeds, and should qualify. Again, just my two cents.
