Was about 2’ of snow on the dockyard one , it looks like the first pic, they submerged it for a couple of hours then brought it back up.
Of course when they brought it back up all the snow floated and with an inshore wind the lift was covered with 10" of heavy wet salt water snow and slush .
They dropped it late yesterday afternoon and were going to bring in 2 tugs to se the thrusters on any remaining floating slush .
I’ll know tomorrow if it worked .

I got my trays from the dollarstore / dollar tree!
3x pack for $1 if i recall. They’re flimsy but strong enough for me to leave outside in the -C’s to get free ice.
