Don’t know about all that. I’m rapidly approaching 68 and up until the last 6 months or so, I had been having more and more trouble remembering words. Even took a screening cognitive decline test, which showed mild impairment. Since I started smoking weed again on a daily basis, my thinking is clearer and I rarely search for words anymore. Don’t know why, just know that’s what’s happening and I don’t mind!
EDIT: Forgot to say I’m sleeping better now than I had before and without the “sleep aid” my doctor prescribed.
