interesting, what is your option on it so far? How are the buds? compact or??

I don’t think I have a fair example as this is first an open pollination seed run with the actual flower run to happen a few weeks after this is all done. I can tell you the males are stellar :star_struck: .

understandable. i was going to run them for seed as well., maybe see what king of phenos i could find.

So far I’m seeing only 2 different expressions in the females: tall and short.

I love them both and think the F2 round will have Tall x Tall and Short x Short to see what happens. I’m prob gonna be growing these things for years now with the 13 week flower time wait regardless of a 2 week veg period  :mantelpiece_clock:

brother sorry for the delay, a lot of work and little time to answer properly.

yes, in Colombia everything is already very mixed but you can still find good things, more than anything in towns that are not very touristy, in the part further south I think there are more possibilities, as you mention in Leticia or in Meta with the “llanos”, or the department of Nariño which is the border with Ecuador. As you say, the part of Cali is more conflictive, and a little harsher with foreigners, but if you really find a safe way to go through that department of Cauca, the chances are very high of finding something good, especially in Corinto and that region.

The best grass in Colombia has always been the Corinthian (Corinto, corintiana) grass, far superior to the punto rojo and others. It has always been very scarce and difficult to obtain, even in Colombia in the 80s it was something scarce to find, a good Corintiana was like eating mushrooms. That thing takes your soul out of your body.

If they tell you that it is Colombian and flowers in 12 weeks, it is a lie, no pure Colombian variety flowers in less than 18 weeks.
I love the structure of the plant on the left, the one on the right is more columnar, both looks:fire::+1:t3:.
blessings to all.

I live in Europe now, but I travel every year to visit my family when the economy allows it, if everything goes well I plan to go in January, if we agree we could meet in Medellín, and tour the Antioquia area, I know good places where usually arrives good Creole (Criolla) as we call her there, not always but she arrives. The “barrio Antioquia” neighborhood is a good place in Medellín, but it is better to go with someone that knows the neighborhood.

Sounds like a plan…I do like Medellin and stayed in a hostel in Poblado…had a great time and did get some lovely weed in Parque Letras…nice beer and did see the nicest cemetery I have ever seen at the end of the metro. lol image|689x387](upload://lJIAh0cpVMacbch92lxO8PQc0DB.jpeg)

in Colombia as well…also the flights to Medellin from PTY with Wingo are reasonable and only just over a hour. You can also fly to Carpunga from Med…last time I was there …it was great …full of red point…I went to Carpunga by launch from Puerto Obliada in Panama…but that border crossing is now closed…due to the illegal immigration.

Ye we will keep in touch…

I do love the Colombian people and the culture…Plaza Botero was exellent as I do love art…

Ye we will keep in touch and goes without saying …your welcome to visit the highlands of Panama.

Edit…great to have a Colombian on board this thread…

Thank you for your perspective! Really appreciate the context and details.

What is the flavor of the smoke on the Corinthian?

Thank you for the generous offer. Id prefer to get my hands on them directly from cryptic and do a seed increase for myself. Trying not to bottleneck the line too much. If they dont restock over the next few months i might just take you up on the offer. Again thanks for the offer, sincerely appreciated.
I was just hoping that anyone that follows cryptic on the social media sites might be able to chime in on any restock info he may have posted there.

Hybredized? possible, but do you have conclusive evidence. Anyway.
I personally preffere lngflowering aswell, atleast 14 weeks, thats where it gets interesting.

I’m bad at describing flavors in detail, but they were dark flavors, leather, wood, the problem is that the smell and flavor was closely linked to the way it was processed in brick weed in those days, if they did it right it would come with good smells, but sometimes they did it wrong and they arrived with smells of ammonia, mold, ferment, piss.

I’m sure I’ll go a little too far with 18, in reality there isn’t an exact number of weeks, in Colombia there are 11/12 hours of light all year round, harvests from seed to flower take 6 months more or less. México is north, i don’t knows how It works there.

You will not find much documentation such as photos and others, someone with a camera in Colombia is a danger a cop, nobody wants photos there.
It was a totally different world.
Those years in Colombia were black, a lot of violence, war, hunger, social cleansing (killing everyone who does not serve society and the marijuana user was number 1)

Smoking marijuana in Colombia was very frowned upon, the marijuana user was the thief, the murderer, satan, it was the worst thing in society, smoking was prohibited in the neighborhoods or they would kill you, each neighborhood had a hidden place where the smoke would not bother the people. we We meet to smoke.

Marijuana in Colombia is was just another drug that could be sold, in Colombia we are not Rastas, nor are we Buddhist monks in the Himalayas, we did not see the plant as something spiritual or sacred, it was just another drug that the gringos paid well for.

99% of the marijuana planted for export was planted by peasants and drug traffickers who did not smoke, there were only two options or both at the same time😁 threatened or they paid better than selling tomatoes and avocados, which is known as "plata o plomo ( take the money or take the bullet)

A wee correction….It’s Colombia not Columbia…that’s a city in the USA and a sports company.

A very common mistake
