Damn ! Those are looking gorgeous ! Whats she smell like ??
Haha I appreciate that my man , they smell like the fruitiest thing in the mu fuckin worllddddd! Like sour skittles got a revamp and it’s juicy and fruity lol
Great job! Is that the Colombian x GDP?
Yes , will send pictures from a phone better than iPhone 6 to show just how great they are tomorrow
If you think they smell sweet now just wait!
Very Nice looking garden my friend!
Hell yah, looks great!
How do they smell?
I wondered the same but you and I already have a pretty good guess!
True. I have noticed the one female that had no discernible smell, has as it cures, smells like its sister grapey. They were put in jars 7/21.
They just wreck havoc on my house lol , like a grape with a twist of something less sweet in it , even thought these are both the same strain they definitely have dormant gdp on one and a dormant Colombian og on the other , only way they showed these true colors was by flushing these last few weeks and it’s definitely a technique I’ll always use on my grows. Going to do a dry at 60 percent humidity and then I’ll throw em in jars to cure
Damn I wish I was able to grav some of these. They look gorgeous, and I can help but imagine an amazing smell everytime I look at one
All those ladies are lookin fine
Excellent explanation on the smell and phenotype variation.
Remember that the dad is a Grape Stomper OG from GGG so the “something less sweet” could be Colombian or the Joseph OG. While the Colombian x GDP mom reaks of sweet grape late in flower I imagine it could be exacerbated by the Stomper genes although I haven’t been getting much grape from the other GSOG crosses.
I have grown the grape stomper a few times. One of the only sativa leaners I’ve ever loved and the grape on the stomper alone is ridiculous, (at least the grape candy pheno) like a super sweet grape almost blueberry. I absolutely love it and the smell is just ridiculous
@SCJedi @TopShelfTrees1 it must be the grape stomper that smells so damn sweet and the Columbian that’s so I can’t even describe it but the best I can think of is tangy and thick, this is definitely top shelf when I go to squeeze these nugs I can’t they are hard as a rock and I mean literally rock hard. The stems are so thick from training and using photo synthesis plus that in no way possible could these nugs snap and break but they sure are bending over and wobbly. the orange these last few days has flooded the dense and small nugs … you gave me the gas and I put pushed the pedal to the floor with these guys . Thank you sc for this strain I’ll update with a final picture next week
