I am currently using a slight variation of Subcool’s Supersoil. In search of a base that could be locally sourced year round I started with 1 bag each of Nature’s Care Organic Garden Soil and Really Good Compost. The rest of the recipe is pretty much Subcool’s with the addition of Myko’s.
In front there is Snow Lotus BX x 1-C by @GrowHard on the left , Marauder by @SamwellBB on the right (only a couple days in now) and in the back is Motarebel’s Valley Ghash.
Throwing new females in the flowering room as the others finish up? I’m trying to accomplish the same rotation myself…lots of room is needed. What else do you have growing man? More gnash I assume but im sure you have a few more up your sleaves.
Looking great as always, it’s good to see you back in action man!
@V4vendetta Yea I’m trying to get a decent perpetual rotation. I have another of the Snow Lotus BX x 1-C (the keeper cut) that will be rotating in when the Ghash comes down and will be taking cuts of it when it does. I also have cuts of one of the Marauder (what a frost monster) and of course the Valley Ghash. My son has been bugging me to grow his favorite (Super Lemon Haze) so it will probably be coming up in the not so distant future. Good seeing you back as well.
@Undead-Toker nice looking plants! That valley Ghash looks super cool. Beautiful fade on her. Structure that you created below the canopy is looking awesome. Nice one
Thanks @Mongobongo That cut was taken about 7-8 days in flo and it had some nice branching when it reversed. The Valley Ghash has become an all time favorite of mine and pretty much everyone I know.
Here’s the Valley Ghash that just came down getting it ready for a reveg.
After Getting all that leaf trash out of there I want to transplant it and want to kind of eyeball it based on the size of the base of the plant on how much to remove. For this task I choose to use a big ass knife from the Jason Voorhees signature cutlery collection.
My veg area is fairly small so I try to utilize the area efficiently. 3 clones in orange were taken of the VG that just came down. 2 of the 3 are putting off shoots and the 3rd hasn’t reversed yet. They were taken around 4 to 5 weeks in flo (not by choice). The other are all Marauder cuts that were taken the day it went into flo 2 weeks ago and were just planted in cups last night.
Here’s one of the revegging VG cuts just now starting to put out the first of its non gnarly growth. The crusty stuff is old growth that will be cut away once it takes off. The powder on the cubes and on part of the VG cuts is leftover DE.
Absolutely @Mongobongo and with a lot less vegetation. It’s just something I haven’t messed around with much once I got good at cloning. This is the first time with the Valley Ghash, which takes roughly 5 weeks to start revegging from clone. The main thing when dealing with such little vegetation is to not let it dry out or it will die almost instantly.
Haha, maybe I’ll make that my custom title. I’ll keep this updated but it probably won’t look any different until it starts reversing, which will be a few weeks.
@Undead-Toker I am along for this ride. I have several females I am currently reveging that are getting to big and to bushy. I never flowered them out but made absolutely sure of the sex as they are to be used for cuttings for this year’s outdoor crop. I was not sure how much I could remove but looking at yours I am fixing to do some severe cutting back. And Dude…that Valley Ghash looks amazing!!!
