thoughts on my first outdoor grow?

I cut down the top half of the large plant yesterday and have two full clothes hangers full. Dry room is at a consistent 55% RH and 72F temp with a little fan blowing air around. Probably 20% amber trichomes. The bottom half of the plant is still out there maturing some more.

The other three plants look great but i’ve been fighting these damn worms. I go through them every day and pick out any worms and cut out any bud rot caused by their poop.

I cut down the rest of the large plant and the larger blackberry kush plant that i topped. Dried the top of the large bananna kush plant for 8 days and have it in jars right now. The BB Kush and rest of the Bananna Kush are on hangars now since Saturday.

I have to chop the other two plants asap cause i see bud rot/fungus or mold setting in at the top of the colas. Still a lot of white pistils but i don’t think i have a choice.
