It’s not a tuber it’s a korm. I think eventually it will divide. It does it on it’s own…You have about 3 weeks or so to enjoy it before it croaks. After it dies off completely to the dirt. Then stick the corm (it may be spelled with a c) in somewhere shady and it will come up again. Here usually twice… there probably once a year, like a tulip or something.

The corm itself looks like a hard oval almost a nut hard shell. Weird looking things. Make sure you note which way is up when you finally dig it out cuz you can’t tell. A leaf cutting won’t work. If you figure out how to propagate it let me know. lol

Hey Tut, I was thinking that plant you bought may actually be a tuberous begonia. I saw a few the other day that looked a lot like that one. So, I’m not certain anymore. If you figure it out let me know.

Ya it kinda sucks that there was nothing to indicate what the hell it was! It has a sort of inverted flower that looks fucked up IMO lol the typical of clyclamen

Oh it has the inverted flowers now? May be a cyclamen then. Either way they will both die off anyway and when you dig it up you’ll know. lol My cyclamen had heart shaped leaves. Yours…not so much though. Maybe try Plant snap free version
Regardless, I think it’s a beautiful plant.

Ya iv been combing through a lot of google pics and haven’t really found similar flower shaped leaves on cyclamen plants makes me wonder! I need to check that that app out!

Maybe I’ll try a leaf cutting pinned to the soil ! I have a begonia now that I’m trying that with in a small pot.

I have tuberose that I’ve had for a few years. The tubers multiply like crazy every year on their own. I dug them out and divided them this year
