I jarred mine today Two pint jars each. Not to their potential but better than nothing with all the poor babies had to deal with. Yours is looking good.
Do you jar the little sugar leaves and steams too? I just use mine for edibles. It sure would save time and work. I have been keeping them but separate.
for now yea… but I’ll cut them off eventually…extra moisture for a longer cure
