Yesterday, I got some pretty bad news but I’m grateful for having gotten it. As odd as that sounds.
It has brought about feelings of forgetfulness, inaction and unkindness in myself that I’ve been troubled by and struggling with for the past 24hrs.
Sometimes a little introspection and self examination can be a good thing.

I just thought if I released the feelings I’d been struggling with, out…somewhere for the universe, then my heart would feel a bit lighter.
It is nice to be told I have folks I can turn to here too though when needed.

Today, feeling very blessed that I’m in great health, that my body is strong, that I am where I am.

I’m grateful my plants are doing great, it was a spontaneous experiment that’s working out wonderfully.

Im grateful for my daughter and her boyfriend for getting the generator going when the power went out, and alerting me so I could get home make sure the plants were ok. Plus the day off didn’t hurt.

Tonight at the stop light. Pulling guns. I keep yelling. The light turned green. You don’t ever get out of your car. Especially when the people behind you has guns. Man I happy I didn’t get shot. I was listening to music. I thought they knew each other.
