Broke the pollinated Valley Ghash down last night with a rough count of around 190ish.

Hey folks, It’s been a minute. Been busy with RL stuff and not online that much.

Last harvest update. Ended up with 18.5 zips total after 4 days of trim jail.

This run started having some light issues, At the start of week 2 in flo I lost a bank of LED’s, 2 weeks later lost another. Optic LED is sending a full kit to replace all 6 boards and shipped the same day as I contacted them.

Valley Ghash at 6 weeks in the back, Chocolate Diesel up front at 3 weeks.

Valley Ghash, 3 weeks to go

Things look good in the Crypt… RL trumps everything, hope everything is good…

Hope the parts arrive soon, so you can repair your light… sounds like decent enough customer service from them…

Good to see you around again…:+1:

Peace

Ya @anon95954822, everything is good just been busy with the normal stuff plus training for a 5k coming up and I haven’t ran for a few years so…

As a matter of fact they arrived yesterday.

After a couple hours with my favorite screwdriver it was back together.

Looks like issue was with the 6000k diode. This is from the board that was completely gone (COB’s still good). The same issue was on the other 2 boards that hadn’t gone out yet but was a matter of time until the diode melted completely like this one. There appears to be no damage at to any of the diodes in the other spectrums on all 3 of the boards.

Back in business.

The Chocolate Diesel is about 9 1/2 weeks in. Last time I took them at 9 weeks for the convenience of having someone available to help trim and they weren’t quite done the way I like them.

What did you think of the valley ghash?
I had 5 beans and got 3 gals all different.
My favorite was a lemon smelling one, buzz could’ve been stronger, still smoking on it.

But they were all over the place.
With the 3rd one being not so good.

Somebody wanted me to reproduce them but didn’t get any males that were worth having.
They’re kinda on the extinction list, did you get anything worth replicating?

I can only speak of the cut I have. It is a harsh smoke and not very flavorful but also not bad tasting either. I have been smoking it daily for over 10 months now and it still does the trick, every time. It is potent enough and I have a high enough tolerance to it that nothing else really does much of anything for me. I’ve smoked a lot of good smoke over the years and I can’t say it is the most potent I’ve ever had but it is right up there. It is, however, the only smoke I’ve ever had that I didn’t eventually build up a tolerance to. So with it being as potent as it is and with it being effective for daily/all day usage it is my favorite cut and will be around for awhile with some more going into flo in the next few weeks.

Looks like the Chocolate Diesel will be coming down Saturday, putting it at 11 weeks. Won’t be running these again until I pop the F3’s.

Do need some variety so I popped some beans courtesy of @GrowHard that came as a bonus surprise with the Cackleberry Seed Run.
They are the 1-C unknown mothers, popped them in a shot glass Tuesday night and bagged them Wednesday morning.

0630 EST today…

Nothing exciting going on in the crypt. The last of the Chocolate Diesel is finishing. The Valley Ghash is going in as soon as it’s ready over the next few days. That will also be the last run in coco and will be going organic moving forward.
