I might’ve missed it. But remind me the timeline of your TK saga. Who did you get it from first? When? What was the provenance before the person you got it from? Then how did you acquire the second TK? When? What was the provenance?
I wouldn’t put it past ANY clone dealer to snag any OG lookalike or TK s1 for instance and label it as TK.
The first TK I got and have ran for 2 years or so, what I’m 99.99% positive is the real one, came from @Schmarmpit which he got directly from FarmerJoe420 in 2021.
This other cut, that I’m 100% sure is a cross or something of the first one I’ve had, also came from Schmarmpit, directly from Rarebuyer24.
Allegedly, FarmerJoe got his TK cut from Xochi, aka Matt of Goat and Monkey seeds, which he allegedly got directly from CornbreadRicky. Whereas Rarebuyer24 allegedly got his TK cut from TK Origins.
I can’t prove any of that but that’s what I’ve read.
I’ve seen at least two different TK cuts come from FarmerJoe purchases since at least 2021. One cut is the cut I’ve had, and the other looks similar to this rarebuyer one but I think might be different still. It seems random on who gets what cut and when but they do not appear to be the same plant imo. idk how or why and i’m not trying to talk shit about joe, he’s a great dude, but that’s what i’ve been seeing/hearing.
All I know is, compared to even my worst runs of the first cut, this other cut from rarebuyer is seriously lacking everywhere(maybe half as loud at best) and has different smells and stem rub to boot. Same setup and feed and everything. Not to mention she’s finishing up 1-2 weeks quicker than the first cut. Like 9-10 week finish vs 11+.
The one I held has provenance back to dookie farms

I will say, I trust clone dealers as much as I trust a snake oil salesman.
With all the shit Farmer Joe has pulled, how can you be even 50% sure he gave out the real cut, let alone 99.9% sure like you say you are?
I’ve read and heard so many reputable people describe TK and none of the descriptions are exactly alike.
Xochi is no longer here to help unfortunately. FarmerJoe and Rarebuyer make a lot of money on these clones so I definitely can’t trust what they say for provenance.
I think we as growers seriously underestimate the changes a plant can go through once they enter someone else’s grow. We also underestimate the fact that we all smell, taste, and experience effects differently from cultivar to cultivar.
Finally, with all your investigation into the clone dealer TK cuts and your deep love for TK, you should reach out to Cornbread Ricky and see if he’ll give you the real deal 
Right no joke, but I do think the first one is the real one based off comparisons to CSI/Bodhi/StrayFox/HigherThought/Ricky and a few other’s direct descriptions and pictures of her.
All look different, all from the same grower, the main man.
That’s another reason why I don’t trust Jack shit these guys say. How can even a reputable breeder who has the real cut verify it if his grows of it all look different? Let alone trust a guy who makes his living based on you buying his clones

It may be worth pointing out that the TK that supposedly never throws 7 blade leaves is throwing 7 blade leaves in the picture from cornbreadricky right there. Upped the highlights so it’s more apparent. Got a lot of catching up to do in this thread later but agree with a lot of what @Vagabond_Windy has been saying.
So many variables can influence how the plant expresses itself. Whatever the cut is that people here have from FJ is really nice. I’m in no position to decide what is authentic but that picture to me suggests it can’t be ruled out as “authentic” for throwing more than 5 blades.
I don’t think we can get any more authentic than cornbread ricky so if his TK throws 7 blades, then TK can throw 7 blades, is the way I see it.
This is why I like discussions. Hashing out all the things to find the way.
Seems I was wrong there, so now I/we know for sure its possible, just not very common. In all the grows I’ve had of her, all the pics, that’s the only leaf I can find on her that might’ve been 7 bladed. Sure looks like the same plant tho to me. My pic there compared to ricky’s pics…
I will say though, rarebuyer’s TK cut DOES look like the pics TK Origin’s posts, but none of TK Origin’s TK pics look like CornbreadRicky’s TK pics, imo.
I love investigating canna stuff, but I think the industry is too shady to really be able to get to the facts like I want. Smoke and mirrors play a big factor in the seed industry.

The struggle is real 
Yeah kinda been trying to myself over here with this first cut but not gotten any solid males yet. Found more than a few solid girls from the outcross but all the possible males I’ve found have been unstable. Gearing up to try reversing the SSDD to hit her with but otherwise, not sure yet where to go next. More of the same or something else 
I snipped a branch off the rarebuyer cut last night as some of the buds already had 20+% amber at day 62/63. Smelling it just pisses me off it’s not the first cut at all, but it looks nice and smells good for what she is. Will try a sample in a few days and report.

I had the exact same thought lol. The origins TK sure looks spot on like how I know TK to be. Need that smellovision! The TK I know is all gas/pine tho. Which Im pretty sure is how TK origins described it on the Potcast? If my stoner memory serves me correctly.
