Up side down mj plants

Hey amigos, I used to know a fella by the username of shaggy. I believe he was from the us but he was on hg420. He would grow up side down tomato plants. He did it a few times with mj. Anyone ever try it?

No but if sounds like fun, do you know how he did it… technique etc. Wait till mid bloom and somehow turn colas upside down…?
Interesting.

kind of, he used buckets with special hole placement and size. What I do remember was finding the right collar for the stem so water wouldn’t run down and rot the flowers.

Had a buddy that would grow them in those hanging tomato baskets. Waterr from the top and would flower a couple in the corners. Once the plant is big enough to transplant put it in and hang it was pretty cool to see.
Peace OG.
Think they were called topsy something or other.

Yeah the Topsy Turvy I think it was called. I’ve wondered about that as a way to grow Cannabis wood Sherlock pipes.

Yep that is the one tomato cannabis both will come back up to the light. May work for some of those indoor farmers that can’t get down low. Just a thought.

my grandfather grows upside down tomato plants on his apartment balcony. would be interesting to see with cannabis. i’m not sure what benefit there would be though… i don’t think my tent frames could support that
