Yeah, I was disappointed af when I saw that they weren’t, but with a 10ft ceiling I should be alright. Really should have gotten the ipower ballasts at zenhydro. $80, dimmable with superlumens. 
you will but I am here to say being able to tweak your watts
make your lights so much more versatile 
and a light controller does not take the place of a sub panel
you think your dirtybag landlord is going to freak out about a few hooks and
a couple holes
