Sister’s caretaker is going to Las Vegas in a few weeks, is willing to pick me up some goodies and mail them back to Texas. She brought with her during their stay at my house gummies and a vape cartridge screwed into a cool vape pen. I was “blown away” by the convenience of the 510 pen/cartridge, the really fine high, etc. You could be in a store and pull out the pen, take a hit, and no one would ever know it. I really got fucked up my first time by taking a long and deep hit. Was warned too! This new friend takes small hits during the day for anxiety.
I think the biggest thing is to just make sure that it actually has gone through a system of quality control to make sure that there’s no pesticides or heavy metals in the cartridges themselves in any certified dispensary should be able to do that for you.

@Moka is right. make sure you are getting tested / certified stuff. black market bootleggers got products into the market that were not good for people. i tried every new thing and waited for 30yrs for vape tech to get to where it is today… there is no going back to smoking the hay and grass for me. i feel so much better and lost that hack caused from the grass byproducts / toxins. now i press rosin and just vape. you will like the vaping. good luck @OldUncleBen
