Most states where marijuana has been legalized the federal prosecutors have turned their efforts to hard drugs like heroin, fentanyl, etc. virtually ignoring marijuana as a crime. With a new administration and Congress I believe reclassification is imminent.

I think, we just need Federal Decriminalization? then the states can do what they wish, if I have understood most things correctly? who knows?

In the case of being found out:

just uh, ‘disappear’, the uh,‘perpetrator’… oh, never mind! on further review I believe this might be an inappropriate idea or action, of any sort, for someone from the O.G. to consider. just my fingers wandering sometimes on the keyboard. usually as I toke, toke, toke as I read some of the post. most are very informative and some are entertaining as well!

They should reclassify cannabis so it is not a scheduled drug

Reclassification is not going to necessarily help. It could hurt it instead. Decriminalization at the very least is needed.

The safe bank act my really help towards that.

I have a hard time trusting the government, regardless of who is in office or controlling things

That doesn’t mean they can’t come in and ruin your world at any moment

If that were the case, Pennsylvania would have legalized recreational like fifteen years ago

It is the home of the feds, and feds have no concern for state level shit.

the thing that irks me with that statement, “We do want to be law abiding don’t we”, the ‘Law’ should have had jack to do with cannabis to begin with! so much greed, historical our-right lies and world-wide political bullying by the U.S. Government using the DEA under the guisse of the U.N. authority. the bull shit involved with it, the situation may never be sorted or straightened out in my lifetime. remember everything can change in an instant, and the victors have written the history to suite their narrative.

The oz limit is stupid but hey, now they can’t have probable cause if they smell weed. The social change with acceptance will be huge as well. Little victories like this will be a win for the country (and world) as a whole.

It is hard to get the status quo to change remember “persistence overcomes resistance “ says the water to the rock

The ounce limit is on your person. From what I am hearing from local politicians, it does not relate to what you have in your house.

We shall see.

Bullshit it’s already happened in cali once. Federal laws trump state laws always have always will. Technically a state cannot enact laws that are in conflict with federal laws

Time for some education since you’re clueless and think you know which is more dangerous than just not knowing. Just one of many stories like this. Why Are Feds Targeting High-End Pot Producers in California?

Cali doesn’t encompass DC, mister grouchy. This isn’t Twitter.

It goes to show state level legality means diddly squat. You said they couldn’t do it, well looks like they can and have. Facts matter

You’re literally saying exactly what I did.
