I have a friend from a different forum who is seed running the half pack i was given. Only had 2 of the 5 germinate, and no males. 
but he did take clones and is making fem seeds, which he will send the majority of to me. Which i will then disperse here.
You can keep up with that Vortex run updates in my thread, i copy/paste the updates when he does.
I agree with you, we need this strain preserved in its original form if possible!
Yes, I totally agree. Like the write up says, there is a lot of variation in the cross. To get an ideal representation of the original, a large seed stock for open pollination would be the way to go about it.

I have no seeds…I would love to do the run though. This is just a nomination…will have to source seeds and growers for it to work out.

Bruv I wish. If I had a source for Vortex (f1) I would be passing them out like mad!
Maybe the other thread should be reopened to source these…that was my real goal.
I will ask the action group as it isn’t my decision alone but personally I don’t want to be putting up votes for strains that we don’t even know if we can source. Otherwise we will be all cluttered up with votes for strains that won’t get run.

The best would be to source the seeds first and then you’ll have everyone vote yes on them, without a doubt. But without any seeds there’s nothing to vote on
