Querkle is awesome heavy relaxing happy high. Like Bubba Kush, La Confidential, heavy OGs or GDP (but better).
They veg slow and some were very short but tight knodes. The flower is top shelf end-of-day medication. Very dense rocks of potent narcotic delight. It was major body couchlock but the Space Queen male used keeps you awake and stimulated.
Very Indica structure of plant and buds Let your plants veg a few months or grow a bunch in SOG.

Highgrade seeds is in Canada. They are legit but they’ve used the same old-style website layout for 10+ years so they just LOOK amateur. But they sell legit seeds.

I’m in the US and over the last 10-12 years, i grew these 3 from Highgrade:
Herijuana, Querkle and Big Blue.

One of the few places you can still find Plushberry, Jillybean and Vortex.

I gotta say for me Subs top strains are Vortex, The Flav, and Agent Orange, followed by Jack the Ripper! Maybe if the is enough interest there should be multiple seed runs with his top strains.

Strain Donations and Breeder Match Ups for Preserving

I was given some Vortex beans in a trade. I had to work him for them for little bit but he finally split the pack with me. I only have 6. He got the seeds from a person, who used to be active here, on OG, but they claim to have not used the site much since Subs passing. This person says they were friends with Sub personally, and his wife, also helped him move to Mesa, AZ. This person ends up giving/trading/selling to a mutual buddy from a local smoke group, a couple packs of what they claim are…

I think this is great. I was one of Subcool’s test growers for his Apollo 13 BX (Vortex x Apollo 13) and I had amazing results. Unfortunately I never got to try Vortex itself. I wish I had bought those seeds when they were available. A13BX, Space JillF2, Agent Orange, Chernobyl, Space Dawg… those were all such great strains.

Thanks for the tips! This is my first time with any Subcool gear. I planted my Querkle in early August so it has been in veg around 7 weeks. I’ll top it soon, take cuttings, and LST to spread her out. It will be a while before she gets to the flower tent.

I was looking at the Querkle thinking it’s more narrow leaf but I was comparing to the Bruce Banner I planted at the same time. Banner has wider leaves and very pronounced “saw teeth”, if that’s a word…

That is going to be a beauty @BarefootAndBlazed I grew the one that the flower went all purple I mean like brilliant purple. looked like candy in 2007 amazing strain I can’t remember the name of it.
