there seems to be part bud part seed growing kn one of my leafs, can anyone tell me what this is and what caused it, thanks! any info at all would be awesome! my buddy wanted the seed but sadly i had snipped the leaf to take the picture

If you have a plant that is capable of growing petiole flowers, then there is a real possibility of those flowers getting pollinated and producing seed, same as any other part of a flowering female.

Agreed, along with a rare cannabis anomaly. They sometimes grow as rosettes.
