Oh no… a sequel 25 years after the fact written by a man known for only acting in remakes, also starrin him and having a bare minimum of old cast to “carry it over” doesn’t bode well.

The funny part is that as iconic and great as the movie was Dave said it was very different than what he intended originally. He said his version was much more adult (gritty I guess?) than what we got. I can’t really imagine improving on it but you know letting him do whatever he wanted would have only improved it.

Anyone who has not seen “X”. Highly recommend it. If you are a fan of horror. And after you see that. Watch the Prequel “Pearl” I shit you not, if they gave Academy Award for horror movies, Pearl would be a shoe in for the win. Mia Goth is an incredible actor.

I did a Showtime trial recently for some reason and went through all the movies adding to a watchlist to make it easier to watch everything I’d want to before the trial is up. Saw X and remembered seeing you talking about it so it’s on there. I’ll have to see if Pearl is anywhere to stream.
I got into Letterkenny within the past year and saw the new season was coming so I started a rewatch not too long ago. I’m already into season 10 so I’ll be getting into the new episodes soon enough! The Shorsey show is ok but nowhere near Letterkenny.
